Service can be very slow. This location is in a hospital and staff have very limited time for breaks. It’s not unusual to spend 1/3-1/2 of the time in line waiting or waiting on food prep. Maybe a staff only line or more serving staff...

Only coffee tea hot chocolate and french vanilla and a bunch of different teas they dont sell any bagels or donuts but i guess where its in a hospital they just want healthy cups or fruit jello and they have hot meals of all...
