This place has been slowly going down hill over the last few months and I won’t be going back. I typically don’t leave reviews but the attitude I received (I’m pretty sure from a supervisor/manager) a few days ago was ridiculous. In the drive through, I ordered a sausage egg wrap, not realizing they don’t offer the classic wraps anymore. When she explained they have the farmers or loaded, I asked for it to be made without the hashbrown. She said she can’t do that. I explained it’s the same as asking for it without cheese, they’d simply leave the cheese off. She grunted and said she could put it in a bag because it comes with it and she has to give it to me. Fine, whatever, my wrap is going to be made as I asked. But she had to make one more snobby remark of “throw it in the garbage of that’s what you want to do with it.” I proceeded to the window to get my order and was going to have something to say then and there but the girl that was on the window is always very sweet so I didn’t want to make her uncomfortable. I am fairly certain this is a supervisor/manager like I said. She always has an attitude every time I am there with how she speaks to her employees. Read moreThis location is particular was once my favourite Tim Hortons but unfortunately it no longer remains so! Myself, as well as the members of most of my family have been lifelong customers and we never had a complaint, until now! This store has gone downhill & it will continue to do so and it will do so fast unless a manager or somebody with leadership skills & a business mind takes control! This review is not the result of my dissatisfaction on 1,2, or even 3 bad visits, unfortunately it was everyday! Our days would be ruined because of our visits so of course we quit going! Our family were making 3 & 4 visits daily & that’s no exaggeration, our orders were always at the very least $20 each visit because we would never make an order for 1, we always took turns getting Tims for 4-5 adults everyday! We realized that we were throwing alot of our coffees in the garbage, and quite frankly it had begun to make us angry! When your work day does not start with a good coffee it ruins your day! Read moreI went to this Tim hortons, and while paying for what I ordered I overheard the employees at the window talking about a terrible smell, one suggested that something had died in the walls, another said it smelled like milk gone bad. We had ordered a coffee and an icecap, and had discovered from a huge gulp that the icecap was sour. We went back to return it and speak to the manager about it, and was helped by a great employee who said he would go speak the the manager, who brushed him off with a hand wave every time he tried to talk to her. Finally after 4 or 5 attempts she realized he would not be put off, and heard what he had to say. She went, opened the ice cap machine, smelled it, then unplugged it, then proceeded to ignore the man who served us, as well as us. Finally the young man realized it was up to him to do something about it, and asked us if there was anything he could do to make it right, if there was anything he could get us to replace it, and did everything he could for us.
