I’m a student who goes there regularly for lunch and breakfast most days and for all 3 years have never had an issue. We understood the rules, if we wanted to stay we’d have to buy something. As usual the other for our free period we walked to Tim’s and sat down bought a couple coffees and proceeded to sit and chat. It is important to say the store was fairly empty, there were multiple empty chairs and we were not causing any issues (this was confirmed as we left by another customer who saw the ordeal) one of the workers (an assumed manager) came over and proceeded to berate us for allegedly not buying anything and when we showed her our drinks she then doubled down said we were not allowed to bring outside drinks (a water bottle and an already open energy drink that was not even being drunk it was just open on the table). Now do I believe she was right about the drinks yes? But a simple reminder would have sufficed as opposed to screaming at us to the point where the whole store went silent was not okay. As someone who spends over a $100 there weekly to the point where most of the workers know my order I clearly understand the rules. I have always been gently reminded to buy stuff never berated harshly. And if I have already bought stuff and show them they’ve always apologized. I would have understood if the store was full as we were no longer buying anything but there were empty seats and they’re busy hour (our school lunch time) would not have been for another 20 minutes and we would have left by then. If you go to holy heart and want Tim’s go to church...
Read moreI went to DT for medium london fog and i realized that there was too much water. So i went back to the front and i informed one person. He asked from all who made this. It's very rude.then one lady said she did it. Then that guy took my cup and wore it to the sink and washed the cup and added 2 pumps of vanilla syrup shots. Then i asked him "Are you going to use the same cup". Then this guy asked me "what's the problem with that cup". Is that your food safety. Is that how you maintain quality service. Is that the way you serve the customers. Then he took a new medium cup and added two pumps of vanilla syrup shots. Is that the tim's standard for medium. That's the worst experience i ever had. Before also i faced a couple of incidents there. But i never made any revive. They served me as stupid person. Is that the way your customer service ..........

We have gone there regularly almost every evening for the last 10 months, but we're never going there anymore after tonight's incident by their super rude supervisor named JANNATUL. We were told by one of the employees that we could stay for dine-in till 11 pm, but Jannatul shouted twice to leave the place around 10:50 pm. As soon as she shouted for the first time at our face, we quietly started preparing our stuff to leave the place but she again came in a minute, shouted at us and told one employee that “I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS SHI*S!” Even all the employees were standing there stunned seeing her behaviour, they were ashamed of her and we left the place immediately. Ruined our day! Extremely horrible experience!
Have been regular customers for 10 months, just to have the worst evening of our life! Never seen any other employee as disgusting and...
