Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. John's

Came back to this location after a long time and bad experiences before. I can confirm that they still have terrible customer service & very unfriendly staff. They don't greet & just place whatever you order on the counter without a word. Last time, I had ordered a capuccino and it didn't tasted like it usually does (had some burned flavour in it) so I went back and told the counter lady who was very upset and started giving me a lecture on how a capuccino tastes. "It's not a French vanilla, you know" - she kept saying and added "we prepared it as we usually do, there's nothing wrong with it". Well it tasted awful and I did no order a capuccino instead of a french vanilla by mistake. I have had plenty of capuccinos at Tim's before and this one was BAD. Wow, alot of Tim Hortons places are so rushed that the staff are not able to say hi however the crowd at this location are just simply amazing! The staff are just as busy as the others but they go out of their way to give you that extra touch of customer service. The staff at this location are very fast and super friendly. My sister and I frequent Tim Hortons daily and not only do we look forward to the friendly smiles the coffee is always pure perfection ❤ Thank you so much for your amazing staff, your friendliness don't go unnoticed. Went for a birthday dinner staff were friendly but couldn't get chili so had to order an extra sandwich was excited to have something hot no chili or soup Called Tim hortons head office owner responded to Google review but the lady on the phone said the owner will bring this up with the staff The food I had was good but upset no chili I definately would like a replacement meal or a gift card for the trouble because my birthday is March 29 and I got a giftcard for my birthday and was using it I did expect more but I guess I should not...
