WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A TIM HORTONS!!!
They served me burnt potato wedges that were completely inedible, and forgot my chipotle dip with them. I went back inside to get fresh wedges and my dip, I was standing there about 5 minutes being completely ignored. A guy walks over to the counter puts timbits and a coffee there and says here’s your order… I said no I’m actually just waiting to complain about these wedges, I then asked for fresh ones and a lady working yells out to tell me she served me the last ones, makes sense as to why they were so dry and burnt. This was around 4:15pm, and they didn’t plan on making any more? My iced coffee was also white there was that much cream in it, I asked for extra base not cream. At this point I wanted a refund, the lady asked me if I wanted it in card or cash, I said cash. Then she walks away and continues working in the kitchen? I again stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting for a refund… 2 men also waiting starting telling me how horrible their experience was too. After this I still didn’t have my money back, or any fresh food so I told them I’d be back for my refund and that I couldn’t wait any longer. I was on my lunch break and I couldn’t even enjoy it, I had to leave and get back to work.. never again!!!! Read moreMy family and I were visiting from Toronto. As regular who goes to tim Hortons multiple times a day, this was probably my worst tim hortons experience. The employee taking my order was very respectful, however the employee working in the drive thru was beyond disrespectful. I got to the window to pay, I didn't receive a smile, hello or any words at all. Just the debit machine in my face. My drinks handed out, and not even a "you're welcome" after thanking them for my service. I've been to hundreds of tim hortons and this was the only time I've ever experienced such behaviour. I don't want to share names, but Tim Hortons please reach out to your franchisees and get them to train employees. I'm not sure if this is due to me being a visible minority, or if this is just the norm around here. But I definitely wouldn't recommend...
Read morethis location is soooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwww, they redefine what slow service is, drive through? expect at least 15 mins, mobile order, forget about it, ordered a icecap and drove there to get it, wasn't ready, one employee on drive through, one making food, and one moping the floor, after waiting a few mins the one moping the floor came over and asked if we wanted anything, i told this employee i had a mobile order, she nodded at me and went back to mopping the floor, after giving her a completely dumbfounded look i had to again tell her i had a mobile order, so she casually goes and gets it ready, 10 mins to drive there and another 5-10 mins in the building waiting for a icecap, no other customers came into the building and they still couldn't get a icecap made,...
