Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. John's

Went by today before an appointment I had, and was extremely pleased by the high quality service I received during my visit. The service was fast but accurate, and the team member who took my order was quick to ring in my special order for a sausage breakfast wrap with no-egg extra sausage add bacon and a hashbrown on side for a combo. Not only that, but as they were making it she was verry accomidating in that she asked a few follow up questions about my wrap to make sure it was made just as I would like it.

So, in closing: other then the hashbrown being a little more crunchie then it should have been (granted we all over bake hashbrowns cause of how fast they sell, and the warmer may be set high), everything was great.

Served by a lady this morning and she was the most rude person I have ever been served by and an older lady at that... I get coffee there every day and I have yet I have the service I got this morning... I made my order which was 2 coffees one for me and my hubby... "is that it?" Yeah that's it... so I let that slide... when I got to the window no hi no nothing she told me my total in a stern voice... I paid and she passed me my coffee... I said thank u and she proceeded to talk and look at me like I had 10 heads... I've worked retail for many years and have never been served with such disrespect... if u don't want to be serving coffee then you shouldn't be there... not everyone wakes up on the wrong side...

Today I went through the drive- thru when I got up to the speaker a man not a gentleman who served me was very rude. I asked what kind of diet pop drinks they had and his reply was a very curt "what". I repeated myself and his reply was I don't know instead of saying one moment I'll ck. So I asked can you ck he said i dont know. So i asked you dont know if you sell diet drinks , his reply was "no". So I said then get me whatever diet drink you have.
