Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. John's

WATCH YOUR CHANGE. I'm not prejudice or a racist but i definitely will tell it like it is. If you or your family are a senior watch your change. My grandfather and his brother frequently visit tims on water street it's basicly a daily thing and on 4 different occasions now they have held their change until they had to ask for it hoping they'd forget. I would mark it up to just being a mistake but 1. It's happened 4 times now and 2. After asking for their change they weren't even asked what they were owed they were given the exact change cause the girl knew exactly what she did and yes it's been the same young girl 4 times now and yes she came here through immigration. We've went to the manager and got nowhere. Emailed the owner with no reply so now we are dealing with corporate who has told us this isn't the first complaint about this location and majority have come in the...

I ordered 2 coffee, 1 original blend with dbl cream & dbl sugar the other dark roast with dbl cream and sweetener on the side. They both came marked 2 sw - 2 cr with no indication of which was original and which was dark roast. The hot chocolate I ordered arrived marked DR and was actually coffee making me go back to correct that part of the order. When I told the chap who took my order all he said was he didn't fill the order. This was at about 4:00 pm and the selection of donuts was as usual minimal! So much for being a donut shop. This is a really great Tim's location. The staff are wonderful, the food and drinks are always made right and taste sublime, and the interior of the store is clean. I would recommend stopping here and just sitting down and enjoying the beautiful view outside. The drive though is fast and efficient as well. It's impressive to see how fast they can get the cars though. The arrangement of donuts, pastries, and bagels are elegant and resplendent. So wonderful! I definitely...
