Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. John's

My name is Mike. The stuff is really unprofessional and I’ve been there a few times. I’m not a regular customer, but I’ve been there a few times every time I go over there they act like a whoever in the front. They are not a customer. Whoever is the drive-through they are the customer that’s it and I saw the incident week back. the delivery guy over there. I think he waited at least 30 minutes me and my friend are sitting over there and watching him and nobody even ask him why he over here we can see that he is the DoorDash person. Posting on behalf of my sibling who prefers to remain anonymous. Never ordered here myself but the gist of it is, according to someone who currently works here; do not order food here between 5AM-1PM on weekdays or there's a good chance your food will be cross-contaminated by somebody who doesn't change gloves with other food, other customers' cash and of course, the floor. Apparently also preparing food using wet, stained wool mittens. Everybody who works there is aware and have raised complaints but they will remain because of their acquaintanceship...

I have been to a lot of Tim's, and there is only one thing that stands out with this one. I dread ordering here. Every single time they ask you "is that everything?" with every word you say. Ex: I would like a coffee. " Is that everything?" No with 2 cream in it."Is that everything?" No and another coffee "is that everything?" .... well, you get the point. This is every time I go, not just a rare occasion. Besides that, food and decor are the same as all Tim's, really.... I avoid it when I can out of...
