This Tim's is an absolute disaster zone that should be avoided! Firstly, attempting to navigate through the parking lot and . It's a dangerous. It's a hellscape. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
Secondly, their obsession with speeding up the drive-thru process has led to a catastrophic decline in quality. They're so fixated on rushing orders out that they're sacrificing the very essence of what makes their food decent. Items that should be properly toasted or grilled are emerging from the kitchen half-cooked and unsatisfactory. Take, for instance, the pitiful excuse for a grilled cheese sandwich I received last week – it was essentially just bread and cheese, barely warmed let alone grilled to perfection. This level of neglect and disregard for quality is utterly shameful.
While I understand the desire to maximize profits by keeping the drive-thru moving swiftly, it's unforgivable to do so at the expense of serving subpar food. Customers should not have to settle for mediocre fare simply because the establishment is more concerned with turnover than satisfaction. This ongoing travesty has driven myself and numerous friends away from this once-frequented Tim's.
It's high time they wake up and realize that prioritizing speed over quality is a recipe for disaster. Until they make significant improvements, I implore others to steer clear of this establishment if they value their taste...

I know that order accuracy is the number one priority but it is plain to see that the staff drag their feet when they making the customers orders. I went in there a few days ago at around 530 or 6 pm and there was maybe one car in drive thru and no one in storefront besides me. When the baker came out and saw me he said, quite loudly and clearly that there was someone on storefront. The other staff members, all of whom were in drive thru were standing around chatting and not working. They proceeded to look in my direction, make eye contact with me, and then blatantly ignore my presence. When I was served it took them approximately 5 minutes to make the wrap that I ordered, when I know that it should take a maximum of two minutes to make, and when the food was made they made the wrong one because the sandwich maker didn't clear her screen, which is an honest mistake because she was the only one that was visibly working. When my food did arrive I asked for a number 3 bag to put it in, and the woman who served me rolled her eyes and gave it too me. Overall, besides one or two employees, the staff are typically indifferent to the needs of the customers and are not at all proactive in at least attempting to work, but would rather stand...

I'm not racist and God love everyone but I tell you now they're hiring people from up and away and they don't have a clue what they're doing and clearly cannot read or understand the screens when making orders. Every time I go there I have to return to get my order fixed.
