Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in Newfoundland. The staff are very rude and lack basic manners. I don't think there has been a time inside this last 3 years that my order has been right. My last and final experience with this joke of a business, after waiting 20 mins and watching 5 other customers get their food made, I told the supervisor that the lady clearly needs help and has forgotten about my order, only to be ignored, I became quite annoyed as I was now 10 mins late for work. I demanded my money back (15$ order) and was told no because I'm frustrating them. They saucy young lady at the cash took a 20$ bill and threw it in my face and told me to leave. I've requested numerous times to speak to the manager Arthur who owns this and 2 other locations. Unfortunately he hasn't reached out to defend his ignorant employees.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, LITERALLY JUST DRIVE 3 MORE MINS DOWN THE ROAD TO THE TIMS NOT OWNED...

I confirmed that was in it and she had made it wrong tossed it down the sink in a huff and made another. My child told me this was the normal for...

I was like young lady ya could be dying or living in dire straights. The problem with most fast foods is people express to much individuality. They do not understand the fact that their mannerism reflects on where they work. Management have to weed out or develop...
