This review is just destroying me to write. I've been a life long customer of Tim's & of this location mostly on Ropewalk Lane. I've had minor errors in the past but nothing Serios until Now! Before I write, whomever is reading this review please, please check your sandwiches especially any breakfast ones before eatting them. The reason I say this, I purchased an Everything Bagel Belt Sandwich, like I do twice a week fir decades. This morning I bit into it & felt a sharp point stick me in my inner cheek. I pulled out the bitten sandwich piece removed bagel portion & there was a huge piece of Eggshell. It was the length of my pointer finger tip to middle knuckle. I called spoke to manager he was apologetic. I brought it back. Again very nice Guy & empathic, shocked & understanding. That's where the nice went away. I contacted online customer service. For 2 weeks got run around. The Owner/Operator NEVER contacted me. So this should warn everybody how much they care about Quality Control & the Safety of the food that is now prepared there. Again I'm writing this review to warn the public of potential foreign objects within their food. We pay far to much at Tim's now but to receive an unsafe protect, we'll it's just bs!! To date I still haven't been given the Owners name & they haven't contacted me. All the Manager could say "Our cook has been here 25 years!" I said well maybe you had Quality Control back then now you don't. I said how long has the service workers been here? He had a blank look. Well it's bad enough a 25 yr cook missed this but it came out in a bin for the assembly/prep area where your workers assembly the sandwiches. They had to pick up the eggs & the large eggshell & placed it on my bagel. He said this crew here 2-3 weeks!! So Be Careful Everybody in what you eat at any Tim's location
UPDATE EVERYBODY! Yesterday as you can see the "Owner" instructed me to contact Guest Care to "fix" this month long serious issue. So I did just that. But funny thing I can't submit my issue because they now have me Blocked!! This is what this "Caring" Owner dud at the Ropewalk Lane location! I bet I'm not the only 1 being treated like this when there are issues. They reply to our reviews sounding very caring, empathic when it's all a lie. Smoke & mirrors. It's profit over public. So to the Owner you contact...
Read moreI ordered an Everything Bagel Belt & to my surprise when I bite into it pulled out a large piece of Eggshell. For months the Owner/Operator hasn't contacted me. This is a serious safety concern. When I went inside to speak to the Manager behind the Counter was literally total chaos!! Nearly 8-10 employees crammed in the drive thu area bumping into each other. 1 employee had started prepping sandwiches left her station unattended for a minute while 2 others took over not knowing what was completed with the mixed up orders. Like I said earlier several failed attempts of the Owner Not contacting me to fix this matter. Use to go to this location all the time but stopped. Unorganized, dirty, Owner cares bout bottom line not loyal customers. And to those fake 5 Star reviews praising their coffee. Get serious the coffee is crap and has been for years. The coffee supplier that use to service Tim's now supplies McDonald's! If you want proof of Fake 5 Star replies just read Lil Power! Tim's DON'T SELL "Cheese Burgers!!!" Yet "The Owner" responded in seconds. Perhaps they got mixed up with Burger King next door??? Or maybe just maybe it's an employee or family member or maybe it's the Owner posting fake 5 Stars!! Plenty of available seats, yeah right. Unless that location is losing business & no one showing up. Lots of parking? Lil Power only if you use the strip mall lot not the assigned...
Read moreMy recent visit to the Tim Hortons on Ropewalk Lane was deeply disappointing, and frankly, concerning. While going through the drive-thru, the staff on the headset constantly interrupted my order, asking, "Is that all?"—not once, but four separate times. It felt rushed, chaotic, and made communicating my order a frustrating task.
When I finally reached the window, they handed me my food with such haste, it was clear their focus was solely on reducing drive-thru times rather than ensuring quality service. I had ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter, but they asked me to pull up to the green sign to wait while it finished toasting. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes, they brought out what can only be described as an absurd excuse for an order: a whole, uncut, untoasted plain bagel with no butter—just a wooden knife tossed in as if that would make up for it.
Beyond the poor service and botched order, the entire experience felt unsafe. This location has become overrun with skeets and panhandlers who regularly approach vehicles in the drive-thru. On more than one occasion, I've had individuals try to open my door while waiting. It’s gotten to the point where visiting this Tim Hortons is not only inconvenient but dangerous.
The combination of declining service, incorrect orders, and safety concerns has made it clear that Tim Hortons, especially this location, is no longer...
