Wendy's — Restaurant in St. John's

The most disgusting customer service by Juan, “the manager”. If he truly is the manager, then Wendy’s needs a serious overhaul of their customer service and problem solving processes. Juan, the person who decided to talk very abrupt to me in front of my mother and niece, proceeded to argue that we didn’t place our orders right on, over the drive thru. We asked for 2 cokes with our meals and a separate frosty. According to Juan this was not the case. After arguing with us for at least 2 minutes I said “can you give us the coke or? I’ve worked in fast food for years and it’s not our fault it wasn’t rang in” and then he said “well if you don’t pay for it you don’t get it” like ????? Sorry JUAN BUT we asked for the coke out of frustration since you arguably say we didn’t order it correctly. I asked for the receipt and said I would be contacting the manager and he said “I am the manager”. He didn’t have a name tag on and so I asked him his name. he have me the name Juan so I assume it’s Juan. Me and my mother will never be tricked with Wendy’s coupons to go there ever again. Myself and a friend went to this establishment for a drive-thru meal close to 10pm this evening. Neither of us are originally from St. Johns, and there were no cars behind us. When we arrived at the speaker we kindly asked to have a moment to familiarize ourselves with the menu, the staff member was much less than enthused. While placing our order the staff member was very abrupt, and abrasive, even speaking harshly after I had asked for a second order. Upon arriving to the window, we were met by the same staff member, his name was Chris. Not only was he quick to pass out the interac machine, he seemed to have forgotten to give us our beverages, when I reminded him before leaving the window, he acted quite rude again, rolling his eyes and saying "Yeah I know". I plan to never return to this store, the food we received was dry and lapped together, it physically pains me that I have to rate this restaurant at one star, in my opinion it does not even deserve that. I used to love Wendy’s especially this branch as they usually serve fresh and good food. I called this branch right away after I found out I had missing order of fries and chicken nuggets. The 3burgers I ordered were cold and old and taste horrible. The same as the 2fries. One of the worker I spoke told me that they can’t do anything about it as I ordered through skip the dishes. I said to her its not skip the dishes who made the food, but it’s your store. I said, I could bring the food to your store if you want. She said, even if you bring them back there’s nothing we can do as you order them through skip the dishes. That’s the terrible attitude!!!
