Wendy's — Restaurant in St. John's

If I could give this establishment a 0 I would. Me and my cousin went here today and there was a pile up of about 7-8 cars, my cousin laughed when we pulled up and said “we’re gonna be here until tomorrow” I laughed along until I realized this wasn’t far from the truth. We were waiting in the line up for 47 minutes for the worker to say that they had no salads. You would think that would have been established. My friend told me that a few months ago they went here and was waiting for 25 minutes and cars were not moving so she went to go inside the building and the doors were locked at 4:00pm…… that’s just not acceptable. I also found the employee’s demoralizing and honestly just nasty. Another issue I had is the sauce that they had on one of the burgers made me fall violently ill. Ordered a Baconator burger from topsail rd, just the burger as I’ve frequently done at the Kenmount rd location. Not only was it more then the burger I had last week at Kenmount rd, it’s now $11.15 tax incl but it was the size of a hamburger with two patties and two strips of bacon. It’s supposed to have 6 strips of bacon and mayo and is bigger then a hamburger. I guess to cover their renovations which nobody out there cares about as I don’t know anyone who goes to a fast food joint for the ambiance and dining area, they now charge more and reduce the size of their food. By far the worst spot i've been in town to eat. The last time we visited, a staff member by the name of rebecca had been talking about my S.O loudly and clearly among another staff member, laughing and carrying on. Tonight, I attempted to go grab a meal as I worked all day and wanted something quick (having spent $10 in fare just to get there). Got to the door at 9:25 to find it locked although the sign says closed at 10. Attempted to call the store when I found it were locked more than half an hour early several times and no one would answer the phone. Will be calling people about this, and making sure my complaint is heard. This place is so unorganized...
