Review: Unacceptable Treatment of Delivery Drivers

As a delivery driver, I understand that restaurants can be busy, but my experience at was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, disrespectful.

Instead of allowing drivers to pick up food inside, where it’s warm and sheltered, they make us stand outside in freezing, windy weather to collect orders through a small window. The setup is not only inconvenient but downright inconsiderate. Standing in the snow, exposed to biting cold and harsh winds, while waiting for food to be handed over is unacceptable.

What’s worse is the lack of urgency or concern from the staff. Orders often aren’t ready on time, forcing drivers to stand outside even longer. There’s no covered area or heating provided—just a tiny window where we’re expected to wait, completely exposed to the elements.

This kind of treatment shows little regard for delivery drivers, who are an essential part of their business. We’re here to help them reach customers and keep their operations running smoothly, yet we’re treated like an afterthought.

Until they address these issues and start treating drivers with the respect we deserve, I’ll be avoiding assignments from this...

My previous long standing 5 star review of this place has got to change as I feel this restaurant has severely gone to lunch, and not in a good way. I usually use a 3 strike system and two visits before tonight's were rough to say the least. Fruit flys everywhere and buzzing around us while we waited for our food each time. Now fast forward to today, 10/09/2024. My goodness. Before we saw our waitress I killed a fly, afterwards we had a few more buzzing around and I killed another. When the food arrived and cutlery more were flying around moving from table to table. The cutlery itself were covered in soap marks implying they were not properly cleaned and rinsed. With all of this we felt like we could not finish eating our meal at the restaurant. Sadly we loved this place and used it for our date nights but that will now stop. I cannot justify spending money in a place that I feel is not clean and has deadpan waitresses just trying to force alcohol in you as if to distract from the overall untidiness of...

Disappointing Experience with Disrespectful Service

I visited Wing’n It on Kenmount Road with my wife around 7:30 pm after checking their hours (open until 10 pm). Unfortunately, the service was shockingly rude from the moment we arrived. Upon entering, there were no signs indicating closed sections, yet the waitress loudly and rudely informed us that a section was closed. This was our first impression, and it only got worse.

We ordered a single wing plate and throughout our meal, the waitress repeatedly checked to see if we were done, which felt like she was rushing us. Right after our last bite, she immediately handed us the bill, making it clear they were eager for us to leave despite there being plenty of time before closing.

The lack of respect and professionalism from the staff was unacceptable, and it completely ruined what should have been a pleasant meal. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values being treated with courtesy. A disappointing...
