We stopped in for lunch on our way to The Ladies Curling in Sydney N.S., we usually go thru the drive thru, but this time thought it would be nice to sit in and have lunch. What a mistake that was. I think we both had Chili, a coffee and a biscuit, Told them we were eating in, we have always at any other Tim Horton's gotten it in a nice bowl with stainless steel cutlery, well this time they put it in a bag, called to my husband and we found a seat, very appealing sitting beside a garbage can. The chili was in paper bowls, the cutlery was damn cardboard spoons, totally disgusting. We have learned to carry our own cutlery in the glove compartment and when we use it take it back home wash it and put clean back into the glove compartment. This time we couldn't as we had a rental car, as someone hit our car while it was parked at a parking spot when we went out to supper one evening. "Purolator was here" note on our window, not telling us why or anything, we walked up from behind the car and didn't see anything, until we thought about it and I asked the hubby to pull over asap...we saw why the note was on the car, that was in Early March, it is now Mid April and we still haven't gotten it into the garage as they have ordered parts and we are waiting another 4-6 weeks for that to come in, in the meantime we have rented a airbnb for mid June to Mid July... no refunds... we had taken the rental car back as they said we could now drive it once the appraiser came to see the damage, which is well over $5,000.00 Not a nice dessert after supper that's for sure. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE regarding this message or post to contact them on the home page, well I contacted Customer Service before and they said there is nothing they can do about it and there is no email address to contact this store in St. Peter's Directly, so unfortunately my view on this store and the...
Read moreThis is the first time I’ve experienced this. I’ve always gone to this Tim Hortons, but this time, an Indian guy was teaching me manners, saying I should ask for permission before filling my water bottle in their sink. I know I should have asked before filling my bottle, but you can't teach your customers how to behave. It was so disrespectful. Please teach Indian employees how to talk to customers. If I’m wrong, you can’t just come up and tell me that I should’ve asked. The the worse part was he was speaking hindi to me, assuming I...
