Mr.Sub — Restaurant in St. Thomas

This is what I ordered and what I got. Missing tons of ingredients. My 6 year old son also ordered an assorted sub and had to throw it out after one bite as it tasted sour and rotten. I ordered through skip the dishes and they weren’t getting back to me. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone said I absolutely couldn’t speak with a manager because there wasn’t one around then handed the phone to a girl. She told me she had 3 subs to make and was frazzled so she messed it up. She then said there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible experience. I waited 30 minutes for inedible food and wasn’t rectified at all. I ended up getting my money back from skip the dishes and ordered from the Talbot street location instead. Arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled opening hours. Ordered our subs, and the employee looked at us like she wasn’t aware what was even happening - despite standing at the counter appearing to be ready to take our order. She talked like she was extremely confused, and then out of nowhere said, “I’m sorry we literally just opened and I need to fill up the sauces.” She then disappeared to the back for an extended period of time before serving us.

45 minutes after opening, and your staff are not prepared to serve customers - on top of the fact that they don’t not seem to be in the right headspace to be working.

On top of this, I come to the google reviews and see the lovely little note left on a previous customers order - wow. What a disgusting and offensive thing to allow to happen in your store.

Usually have awesome service when I stop in here, from one gentleman especially. He's always super friendly and sub is always well made. Was extremely disappointed when I stopped in today about 20-25 mins before they close and was denied service because "everything was put away" The girl working didn't seem to care even after I confirmed what time they closed just said again everything was put away and continued to clean. I could understand if I walked in 5 mins before closing but...
