Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. Thomas

Service was fast, friendly, and just about to eat my muffin, waited all day for it. They have carrot, chocolate chip, and others just to tempt your tummy, yummy! Some have an explosion muffin because of all the fruit. I like a medium ice cap with less caffeine ( bad for the heart) with extra cream. To fill the plastic glass. Some Tim Hortons don't serve less caffeine, have to ask. It's 50c more for the cream, but it's worth it to me. If they don't, then I ask for a bottle of water. Also, I was told by a lady who works for Tim Hortons that ice caps can be frozen, BUT make sure to drink it so it's below the rim as it freezes ice rises and makes a mess in the freezer, I wasn't told this I found out. It doesn't take too long to thaw. Be patient. I've had 5 ice caps in my freezer at 1 time, and on a very hot day, it's nice to have one. They taste just as good as if it was made that day. Enjoy!! PS: I hope they don't raise the price on the ice caps anymore. It's $3.75 without the extra cream and more with. Which I don't understand as you're getting less java mix, which is caffeine to protect 🤔 your heart. You're still getting cream with java mix to the top. You have to pay extra for the cream. This Tim Horton’s location seriously needs to work on their attention to detail and their customer service skills. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to as disrespectfully as I have than here. Usually my food and drink comes out alright with the average hair or gross mark on my cup, but today I pulled up and had such a crappy experience in the drive through. Specifically, there’s a person who works here who consistently speaks to me like I’m some scum on the bottom of their shoe and I’m sick of it. i had gone to this estalbishment a few days ago i went to grab iced vanilla latte and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. all was normal for the most part it was around 5-6pm when grabbing this drink i also grabbed the wrap with it for a snack, the wrap was good in all honesty no complaints about that highly recommend them. however the latte not only was wrong it did not even have the slightest hint of vanilla in it. david the person serving me the drink not only get the drink wrong. he had the most passive aggressive attitude ive ever seen in any fast food establishment but the rest of the team was amazing such a shame someone like that is capible of ruining an expierence of...
