Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Stanstead (Ville)

The first time, they made the wrong slushie even though we pointed and said the one we wanted. Also asked if because paying in American I should use my CC the girl assured me she would make it the same. She did not. Second visit, I paid with my Canadian money, gave her $5.11 total was $4.11 she said she didnt owe me, it was a $5 bill... Also said they were out of maple donuts so I bought something else only to sit down and see a new full tray of donuts! Do I dare go...

The food is good but you can tell nobody wants to be there and morale is low. The floors needed to be picked up with trash on the floor, also the bathroom was nasty. Most of the time when this happens, then it's the management that's the issue. I suggest a management change or more people will notice this and you'll lose business. That is unless the owner is the problem then nothing will change. I'll give an update next time I go up...

Thank you Canada! my coffee and donuts were delicious and the staff are the kindest people I have ever been served by. I first had Tim's in Toronto and missed it so much when I came home. Watching Winnipeg Jets hockey I keep seeing Tim Hortons ads and I could not be more excited to have these shops here...
