honestly super disappointed. we came for a date night (one of our first since being 4 months postpartum) and we were really excited as we heard good things and even saw it looks like a beautiful place for our wedding, but unfortunately i don't think it's a place you order steaks, they were super fatty and just not good. i was fine with not liking the food because it can just be personal preference but when we let the staff know they offered a new steak or a free dessert which just wasn't very appealing to us and i also didn't eat much of my steak maybe 5 bites total with one spit into the napkin..so i explained the situation, how we were excited and love the atmosphere of the restaurant and were even thinking of having our wedding there... they then gathered all the staff to discuss the situation where we could see and explained they had to call a manager because there was not one there i guess.. it was super awkward and uncomfortable for us, then to top it off, the lady said people come in there and try to get their meals for free which i explained that wasnt what we were doing at all... and i just would've appreciated some type of reconciliation, like free drinks or even $5 off lol.. just to say sorry and to incentivize us to give it another try... then she said she was going to take half off my steak but when she brought the bill, she didn't change a thing.. so i ended up paying full price which is fine, but for her to stand at our table for five minutes insinuating we were free meal seekers and making us uncomfortable and embarrassed around the other guests.. just not a nice experience obviously and ruined the...

33rd Wedding Anniversary We made reservations and went to Rawhides for our anniversary and i must say i and the entire group was very disappointed.. Our waitress was Yasmin Audrey and she did not care at all about our concerns.. I ordered Teriyaki Bowl with minimal sauce and received my bowl swimming in sauce, It was so very sweet I could not eat it.. My granddaughter ordered wings which were very fatty and small. My husband and son ordered Steak and Shrimp Risotto--they did not receive steak it was shaved roast beef--for 30 dollars a plate (was maybe 2 ounces of meat) .. I asked the waitress if that is steak and she said of course it is.. The risotto was rice with mushroom soup over top of it.. And my grandson had the kids burger and fries and lets just say it was the worst burger I ever saw and he never ate it.. People from other tables were returning their steaks as the orders were all wrong.. People were complaining all evening... We drove 1 hour to eat and what a disappointment.. My kids came from all over to enjoy the meal with us and it was not so.. 198.00 and 3/4 of the food was left ---not an apology.. We waited over an hour...

Was there tonight to celebrate mom and dad anniversary for supper. Prompt greeting at the door, and took us to our table. Mentioned who our waiter is going to be, brought us water. Server was quick getting to our table, took our drink order and returned quickly. A few minutes later as we haven't quite decided on what to order, then came and took our order. Read back our order and took it the kitchen. Our food arrived, and meals looked good. However, I ordered the steak/rib combo, and to my surprise the ribs were dry and over done. Our server did not return to our table until after the meal was eaten. Usually in the past, we have eaten here and the ribs were nice and juicy and fall off bone good. I don't recall if he asked if everything was good, but I did not get a chance to mention the ribs. After dessert and coffee, we waited and waited for the bill, the staff including our server was at the bar watching TV. Not really good customer service. Had to leave and go to the till to pay, it wasn't even...
