I don't think this Tim's has ever given me what I paid for once. The consistency that they are able to dilver poor quality food is honestly impressive. How do you burn a bagel without it even being toasted? Stop cranking the toaster up to max heat and max speed to save yourself a few second, your not making good food that way. Why does my coffee taste different despite me ordering it the same way every day? I can tell you forget to put sugar in it half the time but it taste like you just toss a random amount of cream in each time, do you not have standards? How can you forget to put chicken in a chicken wrap? And on that note is the term wrap not intuitive enough? It's not supposed to be a mangled ball of ingredients spilling out every side when you hand it to the customer(with bonus sauce or grease on the outside of the packaging so it can stain my clothes and get my hands dirty while driving, thanks). There simple is no quality control or effort being put into making accurate orders here. At least sometimes the front end staff are friendly but I can tell all that the majority of staff care about is getting your car off the pressure sensor so their order times look good on paper for corporate. Just like every Tim Hortons, the timbits were perfect and just how I like them. Chai tea latte was PHENOMENAL! The tea was so perfect and the milk was so frothy! The design on the wall was very cool, with little Canada goose with different accessories on them, a few of them having hockey helmets! The door handle was a Hockey stick (brilliant) and the sign on the road was very cool too! It was in the shape of a maple leaf and I’ve never seen anything like it. The wall art thoroughly explains who Tim Horton was. One of the tables had a hockey rink design on it, and there was a loonie on the ground with fascinating information about the 2002 olympics and how there was a loonie on center ice. Just went to order a sandwich combo, with a side of chilli and a coffee. As well as a wrap with a drink. The guy at the speaker could not figure out what I was talking about. This is something we have ordered several times, even from this location. This guy couldn't figure out a side of chilli. So for whatever reason, he said "I'll give you one" got the chilli in a smaller cup, as it normally would be. Only it wasn't even half full. Not sure if the guy was new, but was pretty annoyed to see I paid for a chilli, and it wasn't even half full. At this point it took so long to even get an order in, I didn't say anything because I didn't have another 10 mins to waste, trying to explain to the guy how it was wrong.
