McDonald's — Restaurant in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury

Hi all,

I am visiting Quebec, and particularly staying near to this location of McDonalds. I placed an order on Skip The Dishes (Order Number: 441735650).

Order was: 3 - Junior Chicken Burger 3 - Habanero Chicken Burger Meal 1 - Habanero Chicken Burger (Burger Only)

All the Habaneros came with only Habanero Sauce in the boxes, please see the photo attached. Ridiculous and absolutely pathetic behaviour the workers who worked on this order. What pleasure and happiness did this give to them is what something only they know.

After seeing this, I immediately started a chat with Skip the Dishes support, they refunded for the missing items but that doesn’t solve my purpose. That did not fulfil my hunger at all.

What an absolute worst experience!! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT And ORDER FROM...

The the last stop before l'etape, therefore a staple in our drive up to the Lac St-Jean region for bathroom breaks and snacks if we haven't stopped yet. The drive thru can get pretty slammed, especially in the age of covid, but I've yet to have a bad experience outside of a long wait. This time around, I got the Space Jam McFlurry, which was mediocre at best, but that's not their fault, the execution was on point, but the flavors were lacking compared to other flavors. May a time has this McDonald's saved us from starvation with an 11 PM...

J'ai passée une commande en ligne avec ramassage a l'intérieur, juste un breuvage... lorsque j'arrive un monsieur tente de rentrer, la porte est barrée.. je me suis présenté à l'arrière au service au volant, le commis me dis que je dois faire la line up du service au volant... 30 minutes plus tard, a peine la moitié des voitures devant moi ont été servi. Je retourne a pied, le commis me répond : je vais vous le préparer sur le champ c'était quoi ? Je lui donne mon numéro de commande et je lui dis que ce n'est qu'un smoothi. Il me répond : ah désolée Mme notre machine est brisée... non mais de 1, vous devriez annuler l'option ramassage intérieure si ce n'est pas disponible et de 2, ne pas afficher ce qui ne peux être disponible. Si vous dite que c'est un menu général au mcdo c'est faux chacun d'eux ont la possibilité de mettre leur particularité. Je suis heureuse d'avoir 1 tete de cochon et de m'être représenté à nouveau, déjà 30 minutes c'est épouvantable mais imaginez si j'aurai fait la file 1h, pour me dire ont...
