TITO'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Stratford

The two staff members we dealt with on the phone at this restaurant were wonderful! My Aunt is in the hospital just outside of Stratford and it was late and she was hungry. Since we live in Toronto we couldn’t bring her anything to eat, so we started calling pizza places to see if they would deliver. Tito’s was the only place we found that would deliver to her, and they help offset the cost of the additional delivery fee and rushed the order so it made it to her before the doors were locked. On top of it, she said the food was amazing and she’ll be ordering from them regularly once she’s back home. Thank you so much, your kindness and good food really helped us in a stressful situation, and we’ll be coming to try your pizza next time...

Came in once last week and waited a very long time until the worker decided to serve us. Came in once again today and we were one of the many people waiting there to get a slice. However, we were all ignored by the person working there, (who could clearly see there were a lot of people). Some people left, and eventually I had to leave too because after some point, it was clear that the worker just did not want to serve anyone. Good pizza, but good luck getting a slice since the workers only come out once in a blue moon if they actually feel like serving you.

Also the person in the back had his mask down when making pizza. So for anyone without their second vaccines, I'd advise not to...

Got sick from the 3 day old deep fried wings a few months back. Thought I'd give them a second chance with a fresh medium pizza a few weeks ago,.... guy slammed my pizza down on the counter when I was paying,... I asked him what that's all about it,.. he said I gave him a look,....? I got my money back and left. The worst service ever! They also must be running an after school day care center there; 5 kids screaming and hollering playing soccer in the parking lot around the parked cars.
