St Eleanors Dairy Bar & Take Out — Restaurant in Summerside

I’m sorry to say, but the quality of the food has gone way downhill. Hot hamburger no longer a handmade patty, but a cook from frozen patty on a small piece of bread. Got takeout to eat in the car. Was given only a plastic fork with no knife to cut up the hot hamburger to eat it and they had no plastic knives to give. Kindly they did provide me with a metal knife, but that meant that I couldn’t leave until I ate my food at the takeout so I could return the knife. I was very disappointed. I always look forward to coming here when I come home from away. I’m not sure of the reason why the changes but really hope they get the act...

Went here tonight and was looking at the food menu, lady yell out the window rudely said “if your looking at food the fryer is off” meanwhile online states being opened till 830 on Sundays. We were there at 745. I mentioned this to the lady and she was rude blaming the owners saying they haven’t changed the hours and they turn their fryers off and leave at 8. Even if your open till 8 you should serve food and ice cream till 8. Poor customer service and how blunt and rude the lady was working I will not be returning. Well me and my wife went to your place today to have the breakfast that everyone is raving about. We arrived and I guess we parked in the driveway (which isn’t marked as such) and were told so by the man taking the orders in the window. We left and will never ever ever go back to that spot over such a picky thing as that as we would not have been there very long and if someone needed to get in or out they could have went beside us and still get in. The parking lines are barely visible and no indication of not parking in that certain spot in the front which is lined up...
