Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sydney

This store would be very convenient for me as it is less than a block from my front door...the issue is that the weekend and most of the night staff put getting out before the store is even closed over customer service and selling product. Go there in the evening on a weekend and ask for anything they sell other than coffee and a few rag tag donuts....guaranteed they will not have what u want (even though their freezer is stocked full of it they just don't want to get it for you). IF they do have it they will pretend their grill or toaster is down or being "fixed" or "cleaned". Store closes at 10 refusing you for food orders after 6....tsk tsk Tim Hortons! 😠😡🤬 Try to spend 25 dollars there on a half of a sandwich and they won't take my money....time to start heading to McDonalds for coffee like everyone else now...at least they don't pretend to not have food when a paying customer wants to...

I was placing my order and the employee arsh was rushing me through it... then when it came time to pay she ripped the money out of my hand then through my change at me no thank you have a good day or nothing... she is a very rude person... I will not go back in the store if she is on front counter... the lady that was ahead of me said she did the same thing to her... when paying for ur order through the drive-Thursday they try to keep ur change as their tip again it was that girl arsh and still rude... n no apologies either... but u only get feed back when it's positive reviews I posted this about 2 months ago n now I'm adding to it because it's ridiculous that she is still...

The customer service is extremely subpar. Numerous order errors, technology not working for payment and customer not notified until after order is placed and arrive at the window. One visit, their ovens did not work and there was absolutely no food and once again, no notification of this at the order window.
