Went here for the second time in about a week against my better judgement, someone else wants to go as it was close to where we were staying. Burger I had the first time read just ok, but not worth the price at all and small portions. I could understand if it was upscale, but the quality really want great. The second time I figured I'd great nachos. Nachos are never bad, right? Unfortunately, that's were bad. Really small portion for the nearly $30 price and it was just an overly salty mess, even with the olives removed. The atmosphere and location here is great, but the food and prices are both just bad.

Enjoyed a dinner here after a long drive on our way back home to Ontario. Stayed at the motel right beside (Motel Royale) and were so relieved to have a nice food option so close. Service was pretty good and we really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant! I had a hamburger with poutine and my partner had the ceasar salad and club sandwich. He did find the club sandwich a bit dry, but we got some mayo which fixed that! Obsessed with the red sangria here. Would be a great spot to go in the nicer weather to enjoy the patio close to the water. Hope to be back sometime.

L'endroit est charmant. C'est agréable d'y aller quand il y a peu de gens. Un beau petit Pub local. La petite vue sur le lac amène un plus. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage ou de la marina. Heureusement pour le coin, c'est un des seul resto ouvert tard et à la semaine. Cocktail 5/5: Magnifique !! Choix de bière varié et local! Normalement la bière blanche s'offre toujours dans le même choix, mais ici vous avez " l'aurore "pour vous épater. De l'hydromel est aussi disponible sur place. Le choix est vaste et vaux le détour pour chaque saison! Limonade maison excellente ! Nos repas, Nachos 2/5: Rien de fou, mais ça commence bien le repas. Un Nachos maison bien ordinaire. Bon à prendre comme snack de boissons ;) Burger à la bière 1/5: La viande était atrocement sec. Dû rajouter des condiment populaires pour rendre les bouchés plus agréable. Le goût dans son ensemble était fade. Je dirais que le seul positif était le choix de bacon très délicieux. Cher pour la qualité. La poutine de cantine était satisfaisante. Filet de morue pané 4/5: Excellent ! La portion était grosse. La panure était bien quantifié, il n'y en avait pas trop pour caché le goût du poisson. La friture était bonne, grasse et croustillante. J'aurais mis 5 mais le choix d'accompagnement était décevant. Le service 5/5: Les jeunes sont souriante et rapide Repas 3/5 : Comme les autres commentaires le mentionne, c'est un endroit parfait pour prendre de la boisson mais pas fait pour y souper. Bref, je recommande quand même. Un bel endroit pour décompresser seul ou en groupe. Idéal l'été pour sa terrasse.

Party of 4 on a Tuesday night on the terrasse. The terrasse is quite nice and spacious and it's got a nice propane fireplace. Their pizza oven was broken, but they were still able to feed everyone ,although service was a bit longer than usual (understandably). Got 2 burgers and 2 fish and chips. Fish and chips were very good and the portions were quite big. The burger plates were just ok compared. They use a regular bun, would expect a brioche bun for the price and bigger patties & more condiments. Also, they charge 4$ extra to switch the fries for a poutine but the poutine is much smaller than the basket of fries that comes with the burger. Would have happily given 5 stars if it wasn't for the burger plates that I felt were too small for the price as well as the poutine that should be bigger for the extra...

High prices versus quality, very long wait time to get in (roughly 30 minutes even though there was no line and tons of space), unattentioned, unsympathetic staff. Very very slow service for seating and obtaining the addition, ultra rushed service to receive food. Literally 5-10 minutes to receive our food. Food quality was pretty poor even for a pub. Pre-cooked, reconstituted chicken (like chicken burger patty) for the chicken caesar salad (for nearly $20) and a gourmet pizza (smoked salmon) that was tasty but very small for $20. Food tasted microwaved.

Overall, don't recommend this...
