I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited an hour and a half and paid 45$ for a "kit for 2" that was a bag of groceries. We saw people come in, order, get cooked food, and leave during this time, and somehow this took an hour and a half. We were told this took so long because they were "busy." If you're not going to give a discount, at least be honest about why it took so long. (EDIT: Sent an email a week ago at the request of B&F, still have not heard back. Let me guess, busy?)

It was a great surprise to visit this place. The dishes are really generous, and delicious. The seats are comfortable, and the service is prompt, and make you fell welcome (it's a little more challenging if you're, like me, do not speak French). Unlike the impression which I had from other reviews, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Recommended dish: vegetarian skillet.

Avant j'aurais donner un 5 étoiles! Je suis un habitué, ça faisait un petit bout que j'y avait pas été! J'apprends que la proprio (un ange) à vendu! Avant le service était impeccable et vite!

Maintenant.... mon repas était, si on peu dire.. Garocher dans l'assiette! (Je n'ai pas penser à la photo sinon je l'aurais mis) Oeuf garocher sur les patates le jaune cuit quand j'ai demandé tourné, la crêpe garocher sur les patates et bacon en petit motons et les saucisses n'avait pas l'air tout à fait cuite, etc... un plat GAROCHER!!!

La serveuse hyper sympathique mais pas beaucoup à son affaire.. le refill de café fallait courir après! Pourtant, le restaurant n'étais pas si plein que ça!

Les employés(es) avaient l'air être sous pression contrairement à l'ancienne équipe qui souriait et avait aucune pression.. ce qui se fait voir dans un plat et service!!!!

On était 3! Là, on est rendu le soir! Les 3, on ne feel pas si bien que ça et incapable de remanger de la journée.. boule dans l'estomac, etc... J'imagine que la nourriture n'était pas si fraîche que ça!

Ont étaient des réguliers.. Maintenant, on va aller dans un autre Ben & Florentine.. Ont ne veut pas revive cette...
