It's still a good experience to go get a coffee in town when you are to lazy to make your own. Place is very clean inside. Problem starts with they only have 2 cash registers. Very rare to see second one in use, its usually busy there with a line up, I have only seen them open up second cash once. Why could not one be use for coffee only? During peak hours its not unusual to wait at least 15 -20 minutes with the lineup. If you see a lot of folks inside, use the drive thru! It seems to take priority from staff inside and is usually faster. Donuts. How can you run out of donuts by 6 PM? The wraps: usually cold or just warm in the middle. Good thing most truckers have a microwave in their trucks. Add another 30 seconds or so to your cooking time Tims! The girls working there, always with a smile though, and the coffee is actually hot and very good. Beats the stuff in The Soo! Not impressed with the hours, its closes at 10PM. Get there before 9:00, PM as the drive thru is closed by then at store at 10. and no new coffee is being made. No one ever figured out why its not a 24 hour operation as its right on...
Read more11:30 am Sept 1 the young lady takes my order at the cash and all is well until she grabs by coffee cup with her grimy dirty cash register fingers knuckles deep on the inside of my cup . I immediately confronted her and asked her to kindly get me a new cup and don’t put your fingers in it . This is how people get sick . The management doesn’t train its staff properly? Cross contamination and food safety handling should be taken seriously before you get everyone sick . Does your staff not take a food safety and handling course ? She looked seriously hung over too . Bad experience… you don’t want to get sick don’t go here . If this is what you see front of the house what’s going on in the back...
Read moreStaff and manager does not take sanitation seriously at this location. They didn't even get my order right the second time. I had an altercation with another customer and the manager of this tim Hortons said it was my fault. Maybe if the staff was properly coached on sanitation then they would ask the other customer to not let her child throw all the pop bottles on the carpet that was wet full of salt and dirt. They didn't clean the bottles they put them back on the shelf. I was told by this rude customer (as she was pretending to lick the side of the bottle in my face) "that you don't drink like this". It doesn't matter it wasn't sanitary and the manager at this location...
