Gus' Greek Ribs Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Tisdale

I am literally sitting in my car after leaving this awful place!!! There was 6 of us including 2 kids. Good was just ok and a couple of the plates came out incorrect. And received am adults size dry ribs when a child placed his own order to the server. And when brought up the so called owner of this place said it was my nephews fault bc he a child with a kids menu in front of him didn't specify he wanted a kids meal!! When I said mentioned that it isn't his job then said then maybe he shouldn't order his own food!!! The nerve to then add that well we packed up the left overs so too bad. At this point I am so mad that she is blaming a 7 year old for her incompetence that I told her she can keep the left overs paid and said we will never ever being coming back. Gus himself would be so disappointed in what has happened to his once...

I ordered something called a stuffed potato. I tried a few bites and it tasted off to me. When I sent it back I was told that the chef, the manager and a server had tried it and thought it was OK. Then they had the gall to return the same potato to me AFTER the taste test by their staff. I returned the potato and when I went to pay, still had to pay for it, no trying to make the situation better or even for that matter right. On top of that after I had paid for my meal, they failed to clear the amount off the till and the next person to pay was charged for his meal and ours!!! until he asked why a $ 13 rib meal cost $30+. and it was changed. Very shoddy, very poor idea of customer service. And others in our group shared my opinion of the restaurant, its food...

If I could give infinite starts I would!!!

We are visiting from Weyburn and us family hungry found this place! THE BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

Food was amazing, the plates were full and portions are so BIG, complete with vegetables, rice, soup. Our eyes and mouth were watering the whole time.

Every thing was exploding with flavour even the butter for my lobster tails!!! I wish we have this gem in Weyburn!

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I hope this business will be blessed with customers and continue its business for many more years!
