I recently spotted this store in my area and ordered few pizzas for my family. It was a great experience! The pizza was fresh, with a perfect balance of crispy crust and flavourful toppings. The sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the cheese was wonderfully melted. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. Whether you're craving a classic Margherita or something more adventurous, this place has you covered. Highly recommend for anyone in the area

Just came home with "the Godfather" pizza. Just terrible. Most slices have just bread and no cheese or topping. The crust is thicker than I've ever seen. I've ordered at different locations and for a $30 pizza, this is terrible. Do yourself a favour and get a better pizza for half the price elsewhere

The pizzas offered by this restaurant are amazing. Creating own pizzas online is fun but their website is sometimes not stable. It’s a great location for the community, as most of restaurants are located further South on Islington. We always enjoy their pizzas.

I ordered 2 pizzas via Uber eats. When I went to the store to pick up the pizzas I saw my order sitting on the top of the pizza oven. One of the employees was not servicing anyone while everyone else was working very hard.

The one that was doing the most work (fill in manager) asked what my name was. I mistakenly said my name but it was my girlfriend’s account. The lazy employee at the counter took extremely long, walking around in circles, and then told me that there is no order for me. I then told him it’s for my girlfriend’s name and he asked me for a code for the order. I went outside and got the phone that had the invoice on the Uber app and there was not a code. I went back into the store to tell the lazy guy there is no code. He then said you HAVE to give me the code. I handed him the phone with the invoice from Uber and asked him to find it, he could not find the code and he said he’s not giving me my order without the code.

We called Uber and they said that we do not need a code. Uber called the restaurant and told them that we do not require the code. The fill in manager said he would give me the pizzas after he spoke with Uber, but over all these issues I did not want the pizza anymore because it was now over 30 minutes of me waiting there. I didn’t want cold pizza.

The fill in manager (the hard working person) told me that he spoke to his manager regarding the issue and admitted that his coworker made a mistake after they spoke to Uber. He told me to call back the next day to discuss with the manager of the store.

Today I called the location again to speak to the manager because I had to drive to another location that was farther to get new pizzas. When I called he was extremely defensive and blamed me for not giving the correct name. I asked him if a code is required and he said yes it is. This is not even Uber policy. He basically said this whole thing is my fault. He was extremely belligerent and then told me to come to the store to come and fight him. I called him back to ask for his name and he refused to tell me and told me to come to the store again. This guy clearly likes to fight.

I will never buy another pizza from this location again. I am extremely distraught and at a loss because I enjoyed this location many times prior (thanks to the fill in manager he’s very friendly and hard working). Now I will never return. I also have wasted much of my time and gas driving around to multiple locations and not getting my order on time. My family had to wait extremely long to eat. Our original order was roughly 1.5 hours from the time I ordered a new one and got home.

I would NOT recommend coming here unless you want to encounter some really rude people that might not give you your order that you waited for. And hopefully nothing goes wrong with your order or the manager might want to FIGHT YOU. The manager is an absolute jerk and can barely speak English. I would rate them...

On their website, they advertise an XL 2 topping pizza with 2 dipping sauces (or 2 drinks) for $21.99. I ordered this exact pizza online, but they refused to give me the 2 dipping sauces because I didn’t click the right button on the website to use the deal. I didn’t care that I paid more for the pizza because I didn’t click the right button - that’s on me. But the fact that they wouldn’t give me the 2 dipping sauces when the pizza in the box is the exact pizza from the deal is baffling to me. Any smart business would realize that losing future sales from a customer over 2 dipping sauces is insane. Definitely not...

Pizzaiolo is our go-to pizza place. We have eaten their pizza for years and love it. Our favourite orders are the Godfather (yes, it is deep-dish so it's going to be double the amount of crust), Toni Roni, Mafioso, Frankie Valli, Honolulu, Bianca, and Casino. Great that we can order whole wheat crust for no extra cost. We've also ordered their gluten-free crust too, it was ok. We've also ordered their calzone, and they were delicious. Yes, there have been a few times where the amount of ingredients on the pizzas seemed a little skimpy. Overall, a favourite pizza place for us, and we are regulars at...
