Absolutely one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences Iāve ever had at a Tim Hortons. The service was painfully slow, the staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs, and the lack of basic communication was ridiculous. I stood there waiting far longer than necessary, with zero acknowledgment or updates ā just blank stares and a general attitude of ānot my problem.ā
When my food finally came, it was an insult to call it a meal. My coffee was lukewarm and bitter, my sandwich looked like it had been thrown together blindfolded, and it was missing ingredients I clearly paid for. The quality was so low it honestly felt like they were daring me to complain. This wasnāt a small slip-up ā it was laziness and lack of care from start to finish.

I went in (with a long line of people waiting for their food) for an iced capp and a farmer's breakfast wrap. They couldn't seem to get others' orders right or very quickly. They gave me my iced capp and I stood waiting for my wrap for over ten minutes while other customers came and went.
