Subway — Restaurant in Town of Falher

Was not greeted when we entered the restaurant. The man working was busy with another customer. The lady we dealt with came out, very unfriendly. Ordered our food. They are very cheap with their veggies, ordered a rice bowl and got 3 cucumbers, when asking for more, was given attitude and told “this is what’s recommended in it, it’s not a salad, it’s a rice bowl”. Was given 3 more cucumbers in the bowl. Missed items that were asked for. Previous customers also had to ask for extra veggies on their orders. The worker appeared very annoyed. After we received our food, I asked the man working for the woman’s name as she was not wearing a name tag and was already in the back of the restaurant, was not given the name of the worker. I wanted a refund due to being late for work and the sub not being complete. Christine in turn refused me for my refund and told me that I made her wait at my job and in turn I can wait for her since she wasn’t done and I needed to stop being rude and demanded I stoped yelling at her when I didn’t even raise my voice. I politely explained that I couldn’t be late for work and only wanted a refund. She continued to tell me that I make her wait at my job so I had to wait. She refused to let me leave the sub there so it is in the garbage. I still want my refund, as I should have received it when I asked because there was no reason for me to be denied or talked to in such a manner. It's sad to see how a staff that doesn't care can destroy a buisness. Cross contaminating meats, evidently old ingredients that are so far from fresh most seems unsafe for human consumption and the staff hasn't cleaned the ovens since the new management took over. On top of that they never have the full menu anymore and it's obvious it's because the workers refuse to do their morning prep work and offer the entire menu. The only reason you are open still is your location and lack of competition. If you don't improve drastically someone will be harmed by...
