Rj's Diner & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Grimshaw

Came across this gem in desperate need of a good snack. Went in and ordered, I got a grilled cheese and some fries. My dad got a cheeseburger and a Gatorade. We both went to bathroom after and it was super modern and clean in there. The diner was cool too, there was a lot of old school decor on the walls. We got our food in good time, the staff was super friendly, and our food was delicious. My grilled cheese was a standout! Took me back to my childhood. Found it pricey and lacking the pride a cook would put into their food. The salt and pepper wings were well over cooked. Each wing was no joke like a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Family couldn't finish them. The chicken fingers and fries with garlic toast was good. The pizza was lacking the curb appeal. Meaning, it was a sorry looking pizza, but it taste not to bad. The sauce was good and the crust option to be thin had good taste. I will try them again. Potential. But like I said price and lack of pride leaves me...

Not worth the wait. We were in line almost 25 minutes in the drive through. We had ordered a burger and BLT. The burger came with three pickles, some red sauce and a few onions. The bun was not toasted, everything seemed very slapped together. The BLT was a fried sandwich and the bacon was not well cooked. Very disappointed.
