The Clubhouse — Restaurant in Town of Saint Andrews

This place is an absolute disaster. We made a reservation for 530. Took a while for us to find the place as nothing is signed to tell you where it is. Once we got there the server was drunk, took us to a table that's not equipped to dine at, spilled our water all over our table then DIDN'T even clean it up. We ordered drinks and waited 20 minutes while our drinks sat on the bar and the waitress sat AT THE BAR drunk. We never got our drinks. We left after 25 mins of not being acknowledged and then hearing another family (1 of the 3 tables they actually had including us) yell across the room "Is anybody ever going to take our order?" The waitress then responded with "Oh sorry we have to wait for him to finish making drinks, I can't take your order" which??? Why?? Absolutely awful, don't even waste your time here. Everything took absolutely forever, and the restaurant was not even crowded. They were out of so many items it felt impossible to choose something they DID have. Ordered bbq poutine as an appetizer, it came with the rest of our food so we couldn't even get a moment with our poutine before food. Two people at our table got the "1/2 lb" brisket, they got maybe 1/4 lb at best, and it was the worst brisket they had ever had. it was dry, and altogether not up to standard as a self proclaimed BBQ spot. Smash burger was somehow dry but greasy, and underdone as well. Overall, for a 'smokehouse' their prices are way too high considering the lack of service and the low quality of the food. again, please do not waste your time or your money. Arrived at 6 pm and had reservations, ordered drinks and then our suppers but shortly after 7 we had not received any following service and had to go to the bar to refresh our drinks. We ordered nachos for the table for pre supper snack but they brought them out at the same time as the supper order. Supper came at close to 7:30 and they never brought my supper.
