Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Shelburne

I waited about 10 minutes to get served when there was only 1 person ahead of me. There were no wedges left for our sandwich combos so were offered a bakery item. Unfortunately, that was limited, as well so I skipped the combo and only ordered a sandwich...the turkey melt...the only thing melted was the white cheese on the outside of the bread. The orange cheese slices were still cold (not melted at all) as well as the turkey. I wish I had have ordered the ham and cheese but they had no mustard either so settled for the cold, unmelted turkey melt. If I hadn't already turned onto the highway, I may have gone back, but again, I'm not so sure I would want to wait to get served again! The only positive part of my experience is that the cashier lady was very friendly and apologetic about not being able to accommodate my meal choice....obviously, not her fault. Also, another employee was behind the counter complaining about the drive thru, saying that she didn't care if 1 vehicle had to wait an hour, too...

I go here about once a month as there's not much in shelbrune and I don't get out of town often, and almost every time they get something wrong.

Coffee tastes like water, asked for frosted they give you glazed ask for no peppers or onions and guess what I get, Beagals are burnt half the time, very skimpy on the cream chease, wayy too much chapoltile, wraps are almost always falling apart or fall apart when you pick it up

The people working cash either don't talk loud enough or can't speak proper which isn't there fault but the person in charge shouldn't have someone who can't talk taking orders.

I understand it isn't easy but I have lived here for 4 years and out of all my visits I'd say they've only gotten 1/5...

Oh, man. First of all, it's gotta be a health code violation to have so many flies in the building. There's gotta be 30 flies just flying around the lights. I shouldn't have to swat flies while eating in a franchise as big as Tim Hortons. Also, they got our order wrong, and they even checked to confirm if i wanted my drink frozen or not before making it. I got lemonade instead somehow. The other frozen drinks we ordered were only half frozen, leaving a bunch of water at the bottom. A quarter of the menu isn't available because they dont have rice available at all. Also, they only had one long bun left, and there was just a stray donut sitting on top of the glass with a fly on it. The service was nice though, so...
