The WORKERS are amazing and deserve 5 stars. However the higher ups (The Shaw's) are always behind the counter, no hair net, no respect for others, their orders come first (and they don't bother to pay) and literally saw Lindsay say to a girl that she needs a hairnet, yet she wasn't wearing one AT ALL WHILE SHES MAKING FOOD. This is a "higher up" they should have MORE RESPECT for the business not less. Sad when min wage workers have better understanding of cust service than the OWNERS. DO NOT RECCOMMED. YOU WILL GET HAIR IN FOOD FROM THE OWNERS NOT...

I've always told family that this was the best Tim Hortons, but the standards have dropped significantly.

The staff don't greet you when you pull up to the window, too busy socializing, and the coffee is usually old. The last few times my family has ordered timbits, they don't give us the kinds we ask for and the glazing is either watered down or non existent.

Had the unpleasant luck of having to deal with the obnoxious brat Amanda . She is apparently a supervisor there yet she acts like an infant. She has the poorest customer service skills(my 7 year old daughter could do better) and is disrespectful and rude on all fronts.
