Pizzeria Le Grand Constant — Restaurant in Trois-Rivières

Finally got round to writing this review, apologies to the legendary owner it has taken so long. We went to Canada in September 18 and stopped off in Trois Rivieries twice. There wasn’t much about near our hotel so we went here, and how pleased we were that we did. The pizzas were hugely filling, but delicious at the same time. The Poutine was very nice as well, and the owner was a such a gent. We even have booked Santorini next month on his recommendation. Great place to eat, you won’t be disappointed....

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, and it really missed the mark. The pepperoni was layered under the cheese, so it never crisped up and just soaked in grease. On top of that, it was stacked almost 3/4 of an inch thick in places, which made the pizza heavy and unpleasant to eat.

Generous toppings are great, but execution matters — this just didn’t taste like a proper pizza. And the medium pizza and Caesar salad definitely...

This place has a 4.6 rating but I don't think they deserve it I think this place deserves a 9million out of 5. But it has a tiny little flaw the pizza was a little bit salty for me but except that it's perfect and they have birthday events too so I totally recommend coming to this place

P.S you should try the spaghetti it's so good 👍 😋 .I'm totally giving them...
