Ive always loved singapore noodles. and this place has one of the beat ever! but the last time i came my singapore was perfect but i took a crispy beef on the side and it was far from being crispy. I go there pretty much every weekend or two. so i was very disappointed because i know how good and crispy the beef can be. so i called the cook explaining my beef isnt crispy. plus the little chips they put inside are supposed to be crispy too and they were soggy...the cook tells me that he probably used another kind of flour... but never tried to make it up to me since i come often and always give tips. no accommodations what so ever. i will try a singapore where else and i dont think i will ever come back...

The food was top notch, reminds me of my friends mom's home cooked meals from scratch. Really good portions and flavour was amazing. They are open late and the service was probably one of the friendliest places I've been to in trois rivieres. Cindy and Charles are so nice it feels being at a friend's place right away.
