Subway — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Talk about bad customer service and lack of ingredients when i asked for more.if I can give negative 5 stars I would.. Google pls allow this. I got 4 slices of olives on a 12 inch sub. There was 3 people in total that were dazed and confused. The lady was asking the person behind me that seemed to be a regular customer but I was first in line. We were cross talking for no reason. I told the gentleman I didn't want the the quantity of lettuce that was given on the sandwich but more other toppings. He just ignored it and left the lettuce there when is said i didnt want that much. How much money can you save? The lady looked at me like i was a criminal. Very cheap and owner should know that. Why so cheap with toppings when I'm paying full price. The worst experience in my life. Shame on you yo all of you and your service. You lost a future customer and if not more. Life is tuff...

Fountain drink machine has been temporarily broken for at least 3 yrs, which I have tolerated because the location is convenient. If you are going to penny pinch, then at least be honest about it and remove the machine. Bottled drinks are NOT the same. I would typicaly skip the combo because I am not satified with the pre bottled selection. You have to beg for decent amount of toppings, probably cause they are converting the toppings to pennies in their head... Last straw for me, was todays sandwich.
