McDonald's — Restaurant in Val-d'Or

Usually excellent service, but this last time was a different story.

I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburger meals, one with large fries and root beer, the other regular size with Sprite, 2 Hamburgers with ketchup only and a 6 McNugget meal with Diet Coke. The young man taking the order repeated everything we asked for and the speaker system was working fine.

I checked that everything was in the bag before leaving, but when I got home, I had a few surprises. I got hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers (all 4 of them), the hamburgers with ketchup only had the tags on them but were regular hamburgers, 10 McNuggets instead of 6 (which is what was billed, but not what was ordered), and a large iced tea instead of the root beer. The other drinks were OK.

We also had 6 straws (3 drinks, remember?) and 6 bbq sauce packs.

42$ is what it cost. I was NOT impressed! Sadly I couldn't find the bill either, otherwise I would have filled out the...

I sent there on May 14 2024 around 6pm wisted over 20 minutes for my food...

There were students there and their friends were working and handing out free food to them making my wait time extra long.... the staff didn't say anything and to top it off the father of one employee gave the kid over 5 free drinks and box of dontut/cookies...

I noticed some of the staff while I waiting come back from their break go right back to work with even washing their hands....

My burger patty on my burger was cold.... The restaurant was filth,the floors were slippery as heck...

I will be calling corporate about this issue considering I nearly slipped....

Au début tout était okay je reçois ma commande on me donne un cornet et un mcflury collation… quand j’ai commander 2 mcflury gâteaux anniversaire format collation.. le gars va changer en faisant un commentaire à son retour il me dit d’avancer à la prochaine fenêtre jusqu’à la c’est Oki… une fille vient me donner le mcflury sème bête … et la je pose la question si c’est normal qu’il n’y a pas de bonbons dedans elle me répond je le sais tu moe j’en mange pas avec un ton très condescendant!!! Moi j’y rétorque ben pourtant sur l’affiche il y en a et quand tu vas dans d’autres mcdo il en a aussi ! Elle répond assez bête merci qu’elle le sais pas pis qu’elle en a rien à faire et claque la fenêtre mais elle claque tellement fort la fenêtre qu’elle c’est réouverte pis là je l’entend dire au monde qu’elle c’est encore faite envoyer chier par un client pour un criss de mcflury! J’ai été gentille jusqu’à ce moment là !! La j’ai crier par la fenêtre qu’elle avait un sérieux problème bref une fille ai venu et m’a demander s’il y avait un problème bla bla bla elle avait l’aire à s’en colisser de se que je lui disait la mais elle au moins m’a dit qu’il n’avait plus les bonbons actuellement tko j’espère que son employé a retourner chez elle pis qu’à prend sa pillule pcq clairement si te faire poser une question gentiment est se faire envoyer chier qu’elle aille ce faire soigner!!!! Je viens d’arriver dans cette ville pis sérieux quelle...
