Toujours Mikes — Restaurant in Val-d'Or

I came twice in the same week with my family. The first time was incredible. I ordered a pasta dish (some kind of penne carbonara thing) The server (whose name I forgot, I'm sorry) was very funny, accommodating and great. I wish I knew his name to shout him out here. Incredible energy, care and service. The second time I came, I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and I was dissatisfied. The chicken tasted cold - like it was freezer chicken or something, some of the lettuce was a bit rotten, there was hardly any sauce and there was no cheese on it. My sister whispered to me that I had to ask for cheese myself but doesn't a chicken ceaser salad usually come with that? I never ordered a chicken ceaser salad that did not come with cheese. I did not say anything - I admit that I was a bit salty. Other than that, our server was nice and accommodating. I ordered online and it didn't prompt me for delivery or pick-up, but I ordered as usual and payment was confirmed. I called the restaurant, because I wanted it to be delivered and they said they don't see my order, so I told the lady just get your boss to cancel it and I'll order pizza from another place. Honnêtement tout aller bien jusqu’à temps que mon amie (de 20 ANS) commande le flamingo qui contient de l’alcool mais qu’elle le trouve pas bon. Elle me l’a donner et sans y penser je les pris. Il avait aucune mauvaise intention. Lorsque nous avons payé seulement 2 de 8 personnes n’ont pas donné de tip (rappelons nous que le tip est totalement volontaire et non obligatoire). Peu de temps après, la serveuse vient interrompre notre conversation pour nous dire qu’elle a découvert que moi et mon amie ( qui s’avait elle même commander Le flamingo) Que nous n’avions pas 18 ans et qu’on avait pas le droit de boire cette boisson, qu’une autre serveuse s’avait notre âge et que maintenant ils vont nous reconnaître (de façon très bête). Pardon mais qui n’a pas fait sa job à nous carter? Bin sûr mon erreur s’était d’accepter de finir la boisson à mon amie de 20 ans et mon autre ami n’aurait pas du commander elle même la boisson mais en aucun droit nous méritons de se faire parler de façons irrespectueuse et de se faire blâmer que la serveuse ne sait pas faire sa job. Pas parce que nous avons 17 ans et elle proche de la retraite qu’elle peux nous manquer de respect . (P.S mentir en disant qu’AUCUN de nous n’a tiper quand seulement 2 personne ne l’a pas fait...
