I can’t give it a zero stars the lowest I can give it was one star.
I went to this establishment on October 18 to order breakfast for takeout for me and my fiancé. My fiancé ordered a Timatin And I ordered an egg belt. When we got home My fiancé started eating and he realized that there was an egg in his sandwich so he gave it to me, when I started to eat it I realized that the egg was mouldy green. I immediately got sick. I’ve had diarrhoea for a week Because of this. Not only I got a mouldy egg, but I also got my order incorrectly. My fiancé asked for no egg and the egg that was in his sandwich was mouldy. When I reached out to corporate a manager by the name of Scharif Lassel Reached out to me and asked that I explained the situation. So I told him what had happened and I told him that I found a mouldy egg. He told me that that’s not possible, He stated that it was normal because the egg got overcooked by an hour. Now tell me this, no egg gets mouldy just buy over cooking it by an hour. He lied. He then proceeded to tell me that he was in a meeting that he will send me a compensation email later that day. I understood he was in a meeting so I didn’t bother him so I waited. By the end of Thursday, no email Friday no email either. I understand that he was off on the weekend but he had the Chance to email me on Monday, but he did not. So I reached out to him and I told him that I did not receive the email that was promised and that if he doesn’t remedy the situation, I was going to escalate it, What he told me was that he didn’t have time because he was off and he told me that I can say anything I want on the Internet. Very appalling customer service, I thought he would remedy this and not have to escalate it, but I was wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons since 2009, after this sad and disappointing customer service. I will never be returning there again or any Tim Hortons establishment. This means when you arrive your order should be ready, or almost. Except with Tim's (and this happens every time), they don't seem to know what a mobile order is. When you get there, you have to repeat several times that you have a mobile order, and when they finally confirm it, they haven't even started it, ever. So you routinely have to park and wait for them to bring it out, completely defeating the purpose. Also, if they are out of a product, it still allows you to order it. Ce que j'ai fait. Ils ont vraiment pris la plainte avec sérieux et des le lendemain des procédures ont été entamées pour nettoyer le restaurant. J'ai reçu un appel du propriétaire qui a pris le tout avec professionnalisme et m'a même offert des timbits et du café pour me dédommager en me remerciant d'avoir signalé le tout. Super belle gestion et le restaurant est maintenant très propre. Je ne met pas 5 étoiles simplement parce que ça part d'une mauvaise expérience mais très belle prise en charge!
(Avis original: Nous avons été chercher des Timbits. A notre arrivée à la maison nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans la boîte. Nous sommes retourné et avons regardé leur tablette qui était bourrée de fourmi. Quand j'ai prévenu la caissière elle a simplement hausser les épaules et répondu "ouais" sans plus. J'ai du lui dire que j'en avait dans ma boite. Elle a regarder et encore une fois "ouais." Elle était complètement indifférente mais au moins elle nous a remboursé.
