RAW PORK ALERT, Second time in two weeks I have let.them know they keep selling sandwiches with undercooked bacon ( it's still white) Last time the manager was incredibly rude and told me that's how they serve it opened the breakfast sandwich i was returning as.if to call me a liar several other customers waiting in line also told her that it was raw. she still argued and said that it was ok then told them don t charge for a new sandwich and walked away. today in the drive through i told the girl that yesterday my breakfast bisquit again had raw bacon and i kept having to throw them away as i am pregnant and raw or undercooked pork is pretty dangerous, only to be told Mcdonalds serves crispy bacon but this is how all Tim Hortons serves bacon to which my partner said im sorry thats not correct ( the whole conversation on our side was polite and patient ( we both work in the food and service industry as well) unbelievable to say the woman was very upset with us. ( once again??) something has gone terribly wrong at this location with regard to food safety amd customer service. I advise extreme caution eating anthing from this location. #...
Read moreHonestly if someone can’t remember instructions that person should ask again or write down instructions even if it looks stupid because instructions are very important on the one giving the instructions. These employees at Tim Hortons I know for them it’s not important to please the clientele for them it’s just a job because it’s not a well paid job? I get it? But that a person doesn’t listen to instructions that person should and will have problems in life because after it just becomes that don’t care about anything. I went through the drive through & let them know to toast & butter the bagel plus add mayo & ketchup on a bagel belt order because last time they didn’t do it either but they still didn’t do it? & they all had a funny smile so I though because I told them but they were smiling in my face that still they didn’t do it? Who enjoys a dry bread sandwich? Only People that doesn’t know how a good sandwich it tastes like doesn’t know how to make it perhaps some people might like a dry sandwich but if someone is giving instructions an smart person would be careful to listen and do them specially if it’s a job. But I guess that’s too...
Read moreI am a regular customer at your [] Tim Hortons, and I am writing to report ongoing unprofessional behaviour from supervisors Harpreet and Amanjot.
On multiple occasions, I have witnessed these supervisors yelling at team members in front of customers, speaking to them in a way that makes it seem like they are not respected. This behaviour is unacceptable in a professional workplace.
One recent example: I was waiting for 5–10 minutes while a team member assisted me. Other staff were standing nearby, but when I asked how long it would take, supervisor Harpreet came over and began yelling at the team member in front of me. This created a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere.
What is more concerning is that the store manager was present, sitting nearby, and made no effort to address the situation. This suggests that such behaviour is tolerated at this location.
I believe Tim Hortons should ensure that all staff are treated with dignity and respect, and that supervisors and managers set the right example for the workplace. I hope this matter will be investigated...
