While in Wadena, we decided to try T&T cafe, mostly because of the good reviews, although most were older. Goes to show you how inconsistent a restaurant can be. We ordered the "dinner for 3" since we liked the variety, and expected leftovers. None of the food arrived hot, it was all warm, with the exception of the 3 spring rolls. They were hot, but were disappointing as they were stuffed full of cabbage and not much else. I think I found a trace of minced pork in mine. The beef chow suey was 90% soggy cabbage, and it literally had four small pieces of beef, which we carefully divided. The portions were small, and although its advertised as a "dinner for 3", we easily ate it all, except for a few ribs. The restaurant itself was dated and dirty. Lots of food on the carpet, and the bathrooms were filthy. The men's had dried poop on the toilet seat. I don't know how or why this restaurant has a 4.3 out of 5 rating. But I think we're being generous with a 2 out of 5. The meal cost us a whopping $47. We...

The pork ribs were good, the battered shrimp was good but we were disappointed with the chop suey since it was all cabbage, no bok Choy or suey Choy, just a teeny tiny bit of shredded carrot, canned mushrooms and a few baby corns and some pieces of thinly cut beef. The chicken fried rice had tiny bits and little of each item; chicken, peas and shredded carrots and a few mushrooms and wasn't very hot. The spring rolls were hot and filled with cabbage and maybe a teaspoon of minced pork sprinkled in each one. Dirty washrooms, both men's & women's. They hadn't been cleaned recently. The toilet seats don't look stable enough to use in the women's. There was no hand soap at all. We...
