Caroline and I stopped in our way through Wallace, and had a couple of their East Coast burgers, basically hamburgers with donair meat, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and donair sauce. We felt the burger might have been a bit on the thin side and slightly overcooked, but overall it was a nice burger that worked well on the brioche style bun. We opted to share a side of potato salad, but found it a bit disappointing as we felt that it could have come from the grocery store as opposed to being made at the restaurant. They have a great selection of diet soda, and as a diabetic, I enjoyed having a choice beyond the ever present "diet cola". The service was fantastic, and we enjoyed chatting with the server who took our order. She was quite personable and we sat outside on a picnic table with a wonderful view of the bay, and enjoyed our experience.

Even though they are currently short staffed and only providing take out, the service was fast, the staff was friendly and the food was great. Ice cream is also available and, the patio is open for guests to sit and enjoy the view.

Great little spot to grab some great food and ice cream. We go here often on our way back from Blue Sea Provincial Park in Malagash. You have a get view of the ocean when you eat on their outdoor picnic tables.

Terrible service!! Unreal attitude! The server never brought our water. A small order of fries took 40minutes. We asked for our drinks a second time and finally were brought water and chocolate milk. The glasses were dirty. When we asked how much longer for our food we were told soon. A table that ordered 20mins yes after us were served their food. When we questioned the servers about this they gave us big attitude and then brought us a bill for the fries and chocolate milk and continued to give attitude saying if we ordered fish it’s being made on the spot. No apology nothing. Lazy, unorganized. The worst restaurant experience ever! The servers had zero respect and should not be in a customer service role. In the summer time when the patio is open I have no idea how they will handle more tables when they couldn’t serve food to the 7 tables today. Stay clear and make another choice...

small establishment seems to cater to locals in Wallace, NS and seems to be popular for takeout food. we sat in the dine in section in the back and although there is a patio around the outside in the back, if you want to sit there, there is no table service and you have to get take out and eat it at one of the tables there. we stayed inside and ordered. the menu advertises much seafood, but most of it fried. their lobster rolls was advertised as famous and my wife ordered it. we also tried the seafood chowder. overall the food was made quickly and service was good. the lobster rolls were pretty good, in a hamburger bun but fresh and meaty. the seafood chowder likewise was stuffed with seafood. overall, a small town place; if you are a tourist to the area, would seek something that gives you a fresh food option with wider choice either in town or...
