Terrible food and service.
My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary and when we arrived we were not greeted or given menus for 10 minutes while the servers talked behind the counter. We sat down in a dirty booth and waited. When they gave us our menus we got an iced tea and coke to drink while we decided on our food. We thought that the iced tea tasted off but didn't say anything and ordered the steak and prawns with mashed potatos and vegetables, beef au jus with soup, calamari and stuffed mushrooms. When we got our food the waitress did not give us any salt, pepper, or any condiments and asked if I wanted a refill of my drink, which I said yes to but never came. The calamari was ok but undercooked and soggy, and the stuffed mushrooms were great. But the beef au jus and steak were sooo dry it was inedible and the sides were bad as well, the soup was extremely salty, the potatoes were like play dough and the vegetables were flavorless. The food was so bad that were guessing that it was reheated. When we finally had enough and asked for a takeout box for the calamari she took 10 minutes and another 10 to bring us the bill because the waitresses were standing around gossiping to each other! We paid then left. A couple minutes after we left my girlfriend started to feel very sick and I noticed that I was buzzed from something. We don't know for sure but suspect that the iced tea tasted off because it was alcoholic even though on the recipet it didn't say so.

Will never eat here again.
We arrived just after 6 PM and were initially asked if we wanted drinks—yes, two iced teas. Five minutes later, the same staff member came by again and asked if we wanted to order drinks... again. We repeated the same order. For context, the restaurant wasn’t busy; several tables inside and out had just cleared.
About 10 minutes after arriving, we ordered our meals: fish and chips with gravy, and a chicken schnitzel with baked potato and vegetables. At 6:40 PM, a waitress came over and asked if we’d received our calamari... which we never ordered. That was the first sign something was off. She then told us our meals would be out in five minutes.
Ten minutes after that, someone who seemed to be the manager or owner came to the table and said, “Did the waitress tell you she screwed up and forgot to order your food?”
Completely inappropriate. It’s one thing to admit a mistake, it’s another to throw your staff under the bus in front of customers. A simple, professional explanation would’ve gone a long way.
Just as we were about to leave, the food arrived—and honestly, we wish it hadn’t. The fish smelled like old fryer oil and was hard and dry inside, like it had been double-fried or reheated. The schnitzel was inedible—my partner spat it out immediately due to the rancid oil taste. The baked potato was cold.

Firstly I want to start off by how me and my friends were greeted poorly when we walked in the door. There was a small dog inside the PUB while they have stated many times that their patio is not dog friendly which is very confusing. The service was very unorganized; slow with bringing out waters, remembering what was on tap, kept forgetting about us. I must state in my eyes it was not busy. There was no drink menu which was difficult without knowing what they have or what drink prices are.
We waited almost an hour for a veggie burger, half pound wings and the chicken schnitzel. The fries that came with the burger were very undercooked and the patty was very dry. The wings were mediocre and the schnizal was ok. The server forgot all the dripping sauces which was upsetting.
The worst part was we were waiting for our friend to join us and when she arrived she was turned off from the state of the food and the taste. We all left to a different restaurant from not being able to stomach what was served to us.
