Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Waterloo

It doesn't matter when I go it's the same thing EVERY TIME. I do through the drive through. Make an order. Hear we don't have that. Then I get to play a game of well what do you have until I give up and have to go park and go inside to order. Which involves staring at the pretty much empty case where I have to pick random bits to make a half dozen...if they have that much. The staff is friendly but the pickings are pathetically slim. Oh and why is it no matter what I order. No one understands what the hell I'm talking about. I can say it in a dozen different ways. In french.... in English. I can read it off the sign that's right in front of the damn thing. And still it's somehow completely confusing to anyone there. I don't have that problem anywhere else. Get it together. What's the point of having a Tim Horton right here in our town if you have to drive to Bromont or Granby to get a...

Quand nous allions au service à l'auto, mon mari et moi, n'avions que rarement des erreurs dans nos commandes. Par contre, cette semaine, nous sommes allés au Tim et sommes entrés à l'intérieur pour commander. Il était 21h45 - le restaurant ferme à minuit - et il y avait 3 ou 4 personnes devant nous. Nois avions très faim (je finissais de travailler de soir :)) et avons été très patients malgré le service quand même lent (il n'y avait que deux employés pour nous servir). Lorsque vint notre tour de passer à la caisse, je demande un sandwich grillé au fromage et le jeune homme m'indique que la machine à panini est fermée. Il serait aussi important de mentionner que les présentoirs étaient TOUS VIDES. Pourtant, le restaurant fermait ses portes dans deux heures?! J'ai travaillé dans le public durant 10 ans, je sais ce que c'est, mais je trouve ceci décevant et fâchant. Un écriteau indiquant que la machine était fermée aurait été apprécié, ou au moins que le préposé nous avises. Nous n'aurions pas attendu aussi longtemps et une frustration inutile aurait été évitée.

Beaucoup d'amélioration à faire pour le service en soirée, sommes toute. En journée, la situation est moins catastrophique.

Sincèrement déçue. J'espère que le tout...

Asked for half hot chocolate, double double. Together. Not sure but it's not a mocha , mocha is single cream single coffee. I get it wrong every time, they argue with me tell me mocha doesn't really matter it's usually wrong either dd, or hot chocolate, or a single coffee and hot chocolate. Unsure...
