I really don't expect this from Tim Hortons. It was around 9:45pm me and my husband stopped at Tim Hortons in Weyburn and ordered through Drive Thru. First of all when she was taking our order she sounds rude & nasty but we gave our ordered everything begal with Garlic Cream cheese and a small DD. And we took the order and left when I started eating I couldn't find anything on the begal though they are charging $1 for cream cheese and there is none on that. We returned back again and showed her she said we eat the cream cheese and got the only bagel to show her she is lying upfront. Are you serious we are here in Canada for 19 yrs and for the free begal we came back. Her name is Priya she is very shameful and awful and dont have the customer service Knowledge at all and how to talk & interact with the customers. Since 19 yrs I always preferred Tims over to McDonald's. Now it looks like I need to switch to McDonald's. I'm never going to come back to you tims and especially to...
Read moreI work a lot on the road, spanning from Northern BC to South East Sask. This location is by far the worst Tims in the land. I was here for months about a year ago and would stop in every morning for the exact some thing. Two large coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches would always come out untoasted, or barely even toasted. So I started ordering my sandwiches double toasted, to try and fix their mistake. You would think that would work, but unfortunately no.. I even brought the sandwiches back one time to make a point. Came back untoasted again. Fast forward a year later, I’m spending time again in Weyburn for work, I go for a breakfast sandwich, and to my surprise, the sandwich bread came out untoasted and stale… these guys don’t deserve your money. Spend the extra time to go to the McDonald’s a km up the road if you want a meal...
Read moreRude staff. Told me I ordered something through the drive though I didn’t even know existed. I rarely go to Tim’s anymore. I’m not familiar with the new menu. When I got to the window and kindly pointed this out, I got the attitude of “well I asked you!”. Ma’am. No you did not. You repeated my drinks, I confirmed, you asked if I’d like anything else, I added my food item, after picking the flavour you told me the total, I said thank and drove to the window. I was handed the wrong item and pointed this out. Rather than say “oh sorry!” You pointlessly gave attitude, and tried to blame me for ordering something I didn’t even know existed. what was even the point? It was a simple mistake on YOUR end, a mistake. I genuinely wasn't bothered and would have happily gone on my way without giving a second thought and driven off after given my...
