They may as well not even have a drive-thru. They don't even answer it most of the time. I've gone there a good few times in the middle of the day when they're open and sat in their drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order, I'd wait a good 5 to 10 minutes and no answer.
I once caught them running off and hiding in the back as I pulled up once to order. Out of spite, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting, and no one took my order.
The couple of times I've actually been able to make my order, I've had to sit there for half an hour waiting for my sub. They're never busy, and then I make an attempt at the drive-thru either, so the long wait times make absolutely no sense.
I avoid this subway now, I've completely given up trying to order food at this location, if you're only stopping for gas and food, just go inside to the gas station or go to tims, because if you want subway you'll be...
