I really wanted to like this place. Don’t get me wrong—the ice cream is good. But the customer service seriously needs improvement. The employees are rude, make comments about customers while they’re still in the shop, and exchange looks that make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Honestly, it takes a lot of courage to walk into this place now. A business can have great products, but if the service makes you feel judged or disrespected, it’s hard to...

Our office celebrated a retirement in The Loft tonight which is above The Sweet Life. What a fantastic spot! There were about 15 of us and room for more. Bluetooth for music, TV if you need presentations and a helpful and welcoming staff. And the best part was the ice cream cake and milkshakes! Both were wonderful! If you are hosting meetings in White City or Emerald Park, keep this spot...

Great addition to white city! We have been several times already and always a great selection. My one suggestion, please could your "monster cookie" ice cream be renamed to "cookie monster"? I was expecting something like like a monster cookie with oats and chocolate candies and ended up with a lurid blue colored ice cream lol! Cookie...
