Husband and I had a wonderful Friday night scoff. He is allergic to gluten, but had choices. He had pan-fried cod, carrot, peas andashed potatoes. I had the roast turkey dinner, with carrot, peas and sweet potato fries. The meal cam hot and fast. Browns is a local institution and serve nice portions of tasty food. The menu is quite varied. Lots of deep-fried choices on the menu. My clothes smelled of grease after and I was glad I hadn't eaten the fried fish or chicken.

Read moreAfter seeing our vax pass we were seated, offered coffee and drinks and time to peruse the menu. The live entertainment was a different touch. We both had the Valentines day specials, and were pleased with the food, as well as the deserts. This time our specials were served warm, even the french fries which usually are piping hot were only warm the beautiful cod fillet the same, but the kicker was the woman who seated us, tattoos on bolth arms and a nose ring that looked like snot. I’m sure it came in a box From a supermarket in the freezer section, I wasn’t impressed at all. The french fries are definitely store box. They were small and skinny like shoe strings fries from McCains . Cost $35.08 I wouldn’t send a homeless person in there to eat if the meal was free . Save your money and go...
